He is the founder and CEO of FSI Outsourcing (FSIO), a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider based in Lusaka, Zambia. FSIO has established Zambia’s first BPO service center, offering high-quality, cost-effective support to private sector service companies in the United States.
